Deputies are investigating a fatal motorcycle accident that happened Sunday evening around 8 p.m. in the town of Arcadia. The operator of the first involved motorcycle was pronounced dead at the scene. The second, who crashed a short distance away, was airlifted to Strong Memorial Hospital.
Gorham voters will have a chance to overturn town board’s marijuana opt-out decision Tuesday
In a unique twist, the town of Gorham will put marijuana on the ballot. If voters opt to overturn the Town Board’s 2021 decision to opt out of marijuana legalization — it could be on the ballot again in November to determine which direction the community moves.
Search for missing swimmer resumes today on Canandaigua Lake
The search for the missing swimmer on Canandaigua Lake has resumed. Deputies located a target of interest late-Friday, but didn’t resume search efforts until this morning.
