The menu included Herb and Roasted Pepper Cheesecake paired with Chardonnay from Cayuga Ridge Estate Winery, Mexican Pasta Salad from Ace Automatics paired with Dry Riesling from Lucas Vineyards and Spanakopita paired with Cab Franc Dry Rose from Hosmer Winery.
