Auburn’s inaugural Chicken Wing Festival has been postponed due to surge of interest from vendors: Here’s a look at the new date and lineup!
The city of Auburn has postponed its inaugural Chicken Wing Festival from Saturday, June 24, to Saturday, August 5, in response to an unexpected surge of interested vendors. The event, co-hosted by the Auburn Downtown Business Improvement District (BID) and 315Live Ent, is set to include a chicken wing competition complemented by live music, DJ performances, and a plethora of artisan and craft vendors.
Search warrants executed simultaneously throughout Ontario, Seneca, Wayne, and Monroe counties: Sheriff Cirencione says there’s no risk to the public.
Throughout the morning on Tuesday law enforcement agencies across the Finger Lakes executed a series of search warrants. According to Ontario County Sheriff David Cirencione, those were executed simultaneously and are part of an ongoing investigation. He says there’s no threat to the public in any of the places where these search warrants were executed. However, the roads that were temporarily closed this morning have since been reopened. The sheriff said no additional information will be released, but the investigation apparently spans the entire region.
