Steuben judge held person, threatened them with a gun, then immediately violated court order after first arrest

State police arrested a town judge from Steuben County after he held a person against their will and threatened them with a gun. After Micheal Stewart's arrest, he immediately violated a court order protecting the victim and was arrested again. He faces an array of charges as result.
