A proposed redevelopment for the Fingerlakes Mall indicates substantial modifications, including reduced parking spaces and introducing recreational and residential spaces. The plans were first reported by The Citizen on Thursday. Stakeholders emphasize the plan remains in its conceptual phase. Released by Cushman & Wakefield and Pyramid Brokerage Co., the proposal showcases potential transformation areas excluding the Bass Pro Shops anchor store. Public areas, green spaces, and potentially four residential or hospitality units could replace existing structures like the Café Square food court and Track Cinema.
