The current proposed budget, which is subject of another public meeting next week, reflects a significant increase in spending while aiming to reduce the tax rate for residents. The budget proposal outlines a 14.34% overall increase, bringing the total proposed amount to $22.3 million, up from the $19.5 million adopted in 2024.
