Deputies say one person is in custody after a car was forcibly stolen on Water St. in the town of Manchester over the weekend. Before authorities took a 29-year-old Shortsville man into custody — he led authorities on a pursuit — and injured two officers, who needed treatment at Clifton Springs Hospital.
