Police in Ithaca have initiated a death investigation after a person was found deceased on Cliff Street around 3 p.m. on Sunday. The Ithaca Police Department, along with Bangs Ambulance, and the Tompkins County Medical Examiner’s office responded to the 700 block of Cliff Street after 911 received a report of an unresponsive person.
