Latest on serious crash that shut down 5&20 in Geneva yesterday
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reported that the crash occurred early Sunday morning near the Geneva WalMart entrance and State Route 14A. Emergency responders, including the Waterloo, White Springs, and Border City Fire Departments, swiftly arrived on the scene to provide aid. First responders applied a tourniquet to one of the drivers due to severe injuries and significant blood loss. That individual was airlifted by Mercy Flight to Strong Memorial Hospital in Rochester and is currently listed in stable condition.
