A Newfield man has been sentenced to up to nearly two years in prison after fleeing from police in Bradford County earlier this year. Dog rescued from severe abuse in Lyons, owner charged
A severely malnourished and dehydrated dog was rescued by state troopers in Lyons on September 27 during an unrelated investigation. The four-year-old mini Australian Shepherd, named Buster, was found confined in a cramped 2×3 foot crate, covered in urine and in critical condition.
