Auburn residents aided by apartment complex file suit to block homeless shelter on Grant Ave.
More than 30 Auburn residents have filed a lawsuit in Cayuga County Court aiming to stop the construction of an 80-bed homeless shelter on Grant Avenue. The Citizen reports that the suit asserts the Auburn Planning Board failed to require an environmental impact statement and approved a flawed site plan.
