However, after a press release was sent out by officials, which said the two sides had agreed to talk—it was clarified that no actual agreement was in place. Wayne County Judge Rick Healy ruled on Wednesday that the cases of three Clyde-Savannah High School football players will remain in the criminal court system, citing the “extraordinary circumstances” and “heinous manner” of the alleged crime.
