First up today we have an update in Wayne County. Attorneys for the teenagers accused in the alleged assault at Clyde-Savannah High School filed a motion for dismissal or reduction of charges. A potentially fatal accident was averted in Fairport thanks to a quick-acting good Samaritan. A car, following GPS directions, mistakenly turned onto railroad tracks near Main Street, becoming suspended on the tracks.
