Fatal collision involving car and e-bike under investigation in Farmington
New York State Police in Canandaigua are investigating a fatal collision involving a car and an E-bike that occurred on Monday evening in Farmington. Troopers responded to the scene on State Route 332 at approximately 4:55 p.m., where a northbound 2019 Honda Civic struck a female E-bike rider crossing the roadway.

In a move that restores in-network access to urgent care, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield and WellNow Urgent Care announced the execution of a new provider contract, effective November 15. Colette TenEyck, 38, of Seneca Falls, who serves as the director of Cayuga Community College Childcare Center in Auburn has been charged with three felony counts of falsifying business records and three misdemeanor petit larceny counts for allegedly scanning cheaper items at a Walmart self-checkout on multiple occasions.
