Large police presence in Seneca Falls: Man taken into custody after chase and overnight investigation
The Seneca Falls Police Department says one person is in custody after a theft investigation led to a foot pursuit in the former village near Bridge Street. Late Monday evening, John Pisano, 37, of Seneca Falls, was arrested following a police chase that started with a traffic stop. The incident occurred around 10:00 p.m. when Pisano, driving a U-Haul truck reported to have just left a residence with stolen property, was spotted by local police. He attempted to flee but was eventually taken into custody.
