We start with the day with a tragic update in the attack outside the Kodak Center in Rochester from over the weekend. While FBI investigators said Tuesday they found no link to terrorism, authorities have identified the victims in the attack as Justina Hughes and Joshua Orr. Hughes, a 28-year-old from Geneva, and Orr, a 29-year-old from Webster were in the back of a rideshare when an SUV operated by Michael Avery plowed into them becoming engulfed in flames. [Read More]
