Camp Dittmer, a historic Boy Scout camp located in Phelps is up for sale with an asking price of $3.7 million, following the merger of two scouting councils. The 317-acre property, known for its private 110-acre lake and rich history of camping activities, was closed in 2023 after the consolidation of the Iroquois Trail Council and the Greater Niagara Frontier Council. The merger led to the decision to sell the camp, which had not been in operation since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020. [Read More]
