Seneca Falls man arrested again, less than 24 hours after chase through residential neighborhood
Seneca Falls police say the man who was arrested late-Monday following a theft investigation and brief chase was arrested again on Tuesday. Less than 24 hours after the original arrest, from which John Pisano, 37, of Seneca Falls was released, he was again taken into custody for aggravated unlicensed operation and other traffic violations.
